AN AUSTRALIAN SYNDICATE , FORMED. Received May 27, 4.17 p.m. LONDON, May 26. Router's Penang correspondent reports that influential. Australians have formed* a syndicate with a oapital of £IO,OOO to exploit the tin deposits in the Malay Peninsula. Deep-mining is considered probable.
