PROPOSED PURCHASE OF A MINE.
Received May 25, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, May 24. A company to purchase the Great Cobar Copper Mine in New South Wales is being formed with a capital c.f £750,000 in shares, and the same amount in debentures bearing six per cent, interest. The company is issuing £650,000 worth of shares and £500,000 worth of debentures. The purchase price is £1,006,000.
