ST. PETERSBURG, May 24. It is persistently reported in St. Petersburg that the Imperial Family, fearing expropriation, have sold vast Crown forests to German bankers for ten million sterling. Many landowners are trying to sell their properties and private capital is being largely transferred to foreign banks. ADMIRAL ROZHDESTVENSKY RESIGNS. Reoeived May 25, 12.30 a.m. ST*. PETERSBURG, May 24. Admiral Rozbdestvensky has resigned as Chief of the Naval Staff, owing to bad health. It is semi officially announced in St. Petersburg that the granting of a full amnesty is impossible while the terrorists and bomb-throwers oontinue their crimes.
