CHENNELLS hna received instructions from Mr Kobort Carcpbell to offer by public auction, as above, his well-known farm on the Opaki, consisting of 3SO acres (more or less), together with all buildings and erections thereon. The property is situated only 8i miles from Masterton, on a good metalled road, and includes about 140 acres, of the riohest river flats in the county. From these flats crops of oats havo been taken averaging CO bushels to the aore, wheat 40 bushels, and potatoes up to 1G tons.
