Submarine defeated Idassa over tivo furlongs, run in lmin ssec. Exmoor and Gold Grown galloped a mile in lmin 51>oseo. They were not extended. Ailsa and Oavatma left six fuiloi.gs behind in lmin 20 seo, aud Hydrant and Shrapnell Shell oovered the last six furlongs of a circuit in lmin 23seo. Handsome Rose jumped well over the hardlea. JRoLoici beat Pangaroa and St. Cyress, taking 51><Beo to cover half a mile. Ellortqn was restricted to three-quarter paoo work. Weary Bill and Lualla went two solid rounds aud Durable and Cyrano seven furlongs in lmin 37seo the last six occupying lmin lOJ^seo. The weather appears to be clearing, and the courso is drying fast.
