BRITISH LOAD LINE.
Received May 23, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, May 22. The Committee on Trade, by 22 votes to 14, deoided to impose a British load line on foreign ships laden abroad for tbe United Kingdom. The Shipping Bill proposes to limit the load line on ships leaving British ports.
