THE EDUCATION BILL. A SLIGHT "BREEZE." Received May 21, 1.42 a.m. JLONDON, May 23. In the House of Commons, during the debate on the Education Bill, Sir Henry Gampbell-Bannerman accused Mr J. Chamberlain of misrepresenting Doctor T. J. Maonamara. Mr Chamberlain declared chat the intervention was an impertinence. Despite Ministerial cries of "Withdraw!" the Chairman declined to call Mr Chamberlain to order.
