■(Prom Oar Own Correspondent). Tuesday. At the B.M. Court, to-day, Mr W. P. James, S.M., gave judgment tor plaintiffs in the following cases:— F. Dowsett, juu, v. J. Agnew, claim £2l 12s 9d, oosts £2 16s; Q. H. Mtin v. B. J. Beuge, claim £2 Is lOd, oosts 17s; G N. Jsain v. R. Fulton, claim £2 7s, 1 *! oosts 19b. Three residents were fined 10s and 7s coats for failing to send their ohildren to school. E. J. Benge was fined 20a aid costs for allowing cattle to stray on the railway line. Alexander Ure, J. J. Coady, J. H Berney, W. Rutherford, C. Campbell and J. H. George were each fined 40s and 7s oosti for exposing sheep infected with lioe. For assaulting John Cross, Frank Kent was fined 20s and coats £1 16s. W. Cross claimed £8 from F. Kent for injury done to plaintiff's sheep by a dog belonging to defendant; judgment was given for £5 with oosts £4 18s. Judgment was given for defendant in the following cases:—A. E. Cobb v. O. Flyger, claim £l2, costs £1 12s; A. Johnson v. N. Sorenson, claim £2l 9s 3d, costs £4 63 6d.
