A LONG BOULEVARD.

Reoeived May 22, 1.5 a.m. NEW YORK, May 21. A Bill has been introduced 1 into Congress providing for the preparatory construction of a boulevard 3,300 miles in length. It is proposed that it shall be a sort of Apyian way from the Atlantio to the Pacific Coast, partly utilising the anoient Washington - St. Louis post road. It is hoped that the boulevard will facilitate automobile touring.
