WEDDING.

McGREGOR—CHAMBERLAIN. At the Presbyterian Churoh, Masterton, yesterday, Miss Adeline Chamberlain, youngest daughter of Mr E. E. Chamberlain, of "Rosewood," Masterton, was married to Mr George McGregor, of Wellington, youngest son of the late Rev. Robert MoGregor, of Hawera. The bride, whc wan dressed in a creata silk voile trimmed with lace and' chiffon and wearing a court train, and a coronet of orange blossoms, was given away by her father. She blbo carried a magnificent shower bouquet. She was attended by Misses Jessie and Flora MoGregor (ooueins of the bridegroom) and Miss Catherine McGregor (sister of the bridegroom), her little nieoe, Miss Isabel Gordon Smith, and little nephew, Master Robert Chamberlain. Misses Jessie, Flora, and Catherine MoGregor wore dainty white muslin dresses with violet ohiffon velvet toques, and carried floral fans. Miss Isabel Smith was dresssed in craam satin, with bonnet to match, and carried a crook, decorated with marguerite daisies. Mr J. Alexander, of Wellington, was best man, and Mr W. E. Chamberlain, brother of .the bride, and Mr Howard Sutton were groomsmen. 'lhe church was decorated by members of the Young Ladies' Bible Class. The service was fully choral. The Wedding March was played by Miss Hog?. The bridegroom's gifts to the bridesmaids consisted of pearl brooches, and gold chains and pendants. The marriage ceremony was performed by the Rev. John Ross, of Turakina. 1 A reception was afterwards held at the residence of the bride's parents, "Rosevrood," Upper Plain. Afternoon tea was served in a large marquee on the lawn, and the usual toasts were honoured. Mr and Mrs MoGregor were tho recipients of a very large number of valuable presents. The choir of the Masterton Presbyterian Church, of which the bride was a member, presented her with a handsome music stand. The bridegroom received a silver flowerbowl from the Managing Director of the Consolidated Dental Company, Ltd., with whom be in employed, a saddle-bag easy chair from the Board of Directors, and a handsome marble olook from the office staff. Mr and Mrs MoGregor left for Wellington by the afternoon train.
