BRITAIN AND CHINA.
Received May 22, 8.59 a.m. LONDON, May 21. France supports Britain in a Note to China, instating on the danger caused to the Chinese national credit by any tampering with Customs. Germany first condemned, then approved, and has now reverted to her first attitude, owing to the representations by German bond-holders of the Anglo-German loans, security for which is the Customs.
