WILLIAM ANDERSON'S DRAMATIC CO.
On Saturday, May 26th, Mr William Anderson's Dramatio Company will open a season of two nights in the Masterton Town Hall by presenting Arthur Shirley and Georee Conquest's stirring melo'drama "The Work Girl." As the title perhaps suggests, this play deals with tho career of a young girl who is forced by stress of circumstances to earn her own living. The story of her life is worked out with great fidelity, displaying the more effective incidents • natural to suoh a life. In this respeot the play is said to be a particularly strong one, and as the central theme is nicely lightened by the judicious introduction of a very natural comedy element, and by the fact that a charming little love story runs side by side with it, the whole production is singularly out of the cotnmon. . The second production will be the sensational drama "The Orphan Heiress." The box plan is oa view at Miss five's.
