NEW IAXES. STRONG PROTESTS ALREADY MADE. Received May 21, 11 p.m. BERLIN, May 21. The Reichstag has imposed new taxes yielding £9,000,000 instead of £11,500,000, ao the Government desired. The burdens will ohiefly fall on the lower 1 middle and working classes. The taxes are already exciting strong protests.
