TRAINING COLLEGES FOR TEACHERS
Received May 20, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, May 19. Mr Birrell has induced the Hon. H. H. Aesquith, Chancellor of the Exchequer, to generously subsidise local authorities who erect training colleges for teachers.
