Received May 16, 11.49 p.m. LONDON, May 16. The Tokio correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that Visoount JUayaßhi (Japanese Minister in London) becomes Foreign Minister, and Baron Komura (Minister of Foreign Affairs) succeeds him.
