BOMB OUTRAGE AT WARSAW, j POLICE OAPTAIK KILLED. Received May 16, 9.21 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 15. A'bomb killed Police Captain Con--stantinoff, at Warsaw, and severely wouuded six soldiers. The assassin killed another soldier with a revolver before he was shot down. Before the man was killed, the soldiers attacked tlifa bystanders, wounding eleven and killing three. The Terrorists had been hunting for Captain .Constantinoff since May, 1905, when he .ordered soldiers to fire on a Sooiali&t procession, killing thirty. A number of St. Petersburg workmen stopped and maltreated Father John of Kronstudt. ADDRESS TN-REPLY. Received May 16, 11.31 p.m. aT. PETERSBURG* May 16. Though respectfully drafted, the Duma's Address-in Reply is practically an ultimatom..to the Czar, and oontrasts the promises made on October 30th, with subsequent repression.
