RAILWAY RATES.
Received May 16, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, May 15. The Departmental Committee on railway rates reports that no undue preference is accorded foreign and colonial prodqoe, as compared with Home pruduoe. The farmers of Britain should, the committee suggests, cofabine and co-operate to send pro-, duce in larger quantities,and packed so as to give good loading in trucks.
