Received May 15, 8.56 a.m. LONDON, May 14. The Paris correspondent of The Times confirms the statement that a German flira has established a coaling station at Palo Lant, near Dutch Borneo. A vast establishment, it is stated, is pending, and ere long will be at the dispoasl of the German fleet as a re-victualling station and point of observation. The flagship Furst Bismarck, which was for some time at Java; is now near Palo Lant. A SEMI-OFFICIAL STATEMENT. Received Mya 16, 11.5 a.m. BEKLIN, May 15. A semi-official statement published in Berlin regarding the coaling sta fcion at Pulo Lant states that nothing is known in well-informed quarters in Berlin.
