GERMANY'S COLONIAL WAR.
Received May 14, 9.58 p.m. LONDON, May 14. A semi official report from Berlin, whioh admits trespass in the pursuit of the Chief Morenga, because he was not disarmed, and might have returned at another point of tbe German territory, explains that Germany has assured Sir Edward Grey that the trespass has been disapproved of. and that the commander has again been instructed to refrain from trespassing on British * terri- > tory.
