NATIVE DISTURBANCES. IRREGULARS RAISED TO OPERATE AGAINST ZULUS. ENCIRCLING MOVEMENT COMMENCED.,? Received May 11, 11.27 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, May 11. Eight hundred irregulars, raised at Durban and Johannesburg will operate against the Zulus. Two tribes who have heretofore remained sullenly indifferent have voluntarily offered, owing to the success of Colonel Mansell's operations, to guard the Tugela River. Colonel Mackenzie has commenced his encirclh'g movement.
