FROZEN TO DEATH.
[Received May 8, 9.36 a.m. ."'5 LONDON, May 7. The German steamer Soorabaya, which was ongaged in gun running at Vladivostok, daring the late war between Japan and Ruosia, has been encased in ice at Nikolaiefsk Island. The members of the crew were frozen to death.
