METEOROLOGICAL.
Mr J. 0. Boddington reports that the rainfall registered at Upper Plain for the 24 hours up to 9 a.m. on Sunday was 76 points; 9 a.m. on Monday 43 points. Rain fell on 13 days in April, the highest being 76 points on 29th; lowest 2 points on the 12th; total for month 2.99 inches, as against 3.08 inches in 1904, and 3.03 inches in 1905; total for four months 14.64, as against 11.89 ina9o4, and 9.60 in 1905.
