A.M.P. SOCIETY.

Received April 27, 10.47 p.m. SYDNEY, April 27. A difficulty has arisen in the case, wherein a member of tbe A.M.P. Society seeks to have the Society restrained from extending i:s business to England, owing to all tbe State Judges being members of the Society. Eventually Justice Walker agreed to hear tbe case on the understanding that if an appeal ensued it would be taken to tbe Privy Council, where tbe Judges would be disinterested parties.
