THE NATIVE DISTURBANCE. Reoeived April 27, 9.30 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, April 26. Colonel Mackenzie's force, which is operating against the rebel Zulu chief Bambaata, numbers two thousand. Colonel Sir A, Wools-Sampson is Colonel Mackenzie's chief of Ltaff, and Captain Barker commands the Transvaal contingent. The Government has decided to grant civil servants in the volunteers a month's leave of absence on full pay to enable them to join tbe regiment.
