GERMANY AND MOROCCO.
Reoeived April 25, 9.33 a.m. PARIS, April 24. The journal Le Tamps says the effects of German intervention in Morooco is noticeable at Tunis, where acta of aggresaion against Europeans are increasing. Foreign agents travelling in Tunis affirm that the Kaiser is the Mussulman's real protector.
