THE ANGLO-TIBETAN TREATY. REPORT INCORRECT. Received April 25, 11.30 p.m. LONJ'ON, April 25, Reuter has been informed that its statement from Shanghai, announcing that a Tibet treaty had been signed by Great Britain and China, is wholly incorrect.
