THE POSTAL CONGRESS.
Received April 24, 9.25 a.m. ROME, April 23. Sir Joseph Ward, the New Zealand Poitmaster-General, and the Hon. Austin Chapman, the Federal Postmaster General, inspected the Marconi station. The American and German companies have iLvited them to visit their installations. The Australian proposal respect. ing "snowall" letters and lotteries will be discussed at the conference this week.
