FACTS ESTABLISHED AT COURT. In an aotion, the cause of which, was 'flagrant misuse of our firm name and other gross misrepresentation by an imitating company, which was tried before his Honor, Ch'ef Justice J. Madden, K.C.M.G., L.L.D., in the Supreme Court, at Melbourne,--the prosecution showed:— 1. That Sander and Sons' Pure Volatile Eucalypti Extract contains all medical constituents of the euoalypti, in a highly refined and pure form. 2. That it is much more powerfully healing (antiseptic) than ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 3. That it does not depress the heart like ordinary euoalyptus preparations. 4.
