DIVORCE LAW.
.Received April 18, 11.20 p.m. NEW YORK, April 18. The American Supreme Court, by a bare majority, has decided that no State can grant a divorce when only one of the parties to the suit is resident in that particular State. It is feared that the decision iilegitimatizes 20,000 children.
