BRITAIN AND SERVIA.
Received April 13, 12.38 a.m. LONDON, April 12. lu the House of Commons, Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of State. Foreign Department, stated that, the resumption of relations cannot be discussed with Servia while the regicides held official positions. If they we ie removed and the British representative sent to Belgrade, it was to be understood that the officers are not to be reinstated.
