Four schoolboys in broad daylight stuck up a bapk. at Kharknif, 480 miles south of Moscow, and shot a policetDPn. They were captured while carrying olf loot.
A NINETY-TWO MILLION LOAN.

The St. Petersburg correspondent of The Times learns that Russia is issuing a five per cent, loan of ninety-two millions sterling, at the price of 85.
Bankers alone are invited to subscribe, France taking fifty millions, London, Amsterdam and New York four millions each, ani]*- Russian banks thirtyjnillions instead of Berlin. The sum of twenty five millions out of the total is required to pay recent issues of short-dated bonds. Tho balance will not suffice to pay expenses of the war and famine, and to meet the deficit iu the Budget.
