GREAT EASTER HANDICAP. By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTOHUKOH, April 9. Achilles Was soratched fcr the Ureal Easter Handicap, at 2 p.m., to-day. FEILDiNG JOCKEY CLUB. Owners are reminded that the acceptances and entries for the Trial Plato and Hack Scurry events, in connection with the Feilding Jockey Club's coming meeting, close on Wednesday, April 11th, at 8.30 p ; .m.
The Wairarapa Racing Club have just finished the erection of twelve more loose boxes on the grounds at Tauherouikau, and on the same lines as those already erecred. At either end is a feed room and five lockers in which trainers can place under lock and key their horse feed, etc. The course is iu capital order, and should the weather be fine fast times should bo recorded at the coming meeting.
