CONGRESS OF IMPERIAL COMMERCIAL CHAMBERS.
Received April 7, 4.23 p.m. * LONDON, April 7. The Congress of the Imperial Commercial Chambers meets in London on July 10th, to dinouss matters of commercial Imperial interest. The Montreal, Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg Chambers of Commerce will submit resolutions advocating preferential treatment on a reciprocal basis.
