Seoond Hurdles, 1 % mile~St. Lyra lOst 91b, Cassicpea 10at, Geologist 9st 81b, Seatonia flat. 71b. Second Hack Hurdles, 1% mile— Mawbiti and Seatonia lOst 21b, Fishmere 9st. Autumn Handicap, mile.— Rustique Bst lib, Grenade 7st 121b, Cyrano 7st 71b, Star Rose 7st 41b, Heroism 7st 21b, Pangaroa 6st 71b. Fourth Hack Handicap, 1 mileGleam Bat 131b, Immolation Bst 31b, Claremont Bst 21b, Silver Sttell Vat 12b, Kaimere 7st 101b, Pangaroa 7*t 31b. Farewell Handicap—Rustique 9st, at. Bill Bst lib, Tambouria 7st 91b, Bowman 7st 71b. Owing to a mistake on the part of the totalisator people, evidently done by reckoning ten shilling tickets as full tickets, they made a serious loss iu the first event at the meeting to-day, paying out £4 8s in the Stewards' Handicap instead of £3. The loss was nod discovered until over £IOO had been overpaid.
