The Otago Commissioners aud the local Advisory Committee for the Christohurch International Exhibition havo nppliod for 3,360 feet space, and it is probable that after other' manufacturers have been called on, application will bo made for additional space. MEW PLYMOUTH. NEW PLYMOUTH, March 29. Mr Mclutyre, Commissioner of the Exhibition, addressed a meeting here»to-night. The meeting deoided in favour of securing space to display home industries, and to show the progress aud advaocement of the district during the past ten or fifteen years, sufcjeot to the cooperation of other parts of Taranaki. A Central Committee was set up to arrange a conference of local bodies' representatives. Mr Mclntyre assured the meeting that it was not intended to close applications for space from districts he had not yet visited, and which at present he was visiting. > Strong exception is taken here to the lack ot information, as no schedules or printed matter has been sen* to New Plymouth.
