Official reports of those killed and wounded in the disorders in Russia during 1905 have been published. The figures are as follow:Killed 14,130 Wounded 19,524 The Russian newspapers assume that the Government has minimised the figures. THE DUMA ELECTIONS. Received March 26, 9.20 a.m. LONDON, March 25.
