ST. PATRICK'S DAY ASSOCIATION.

MEETING 01? EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. A meeting of the Executive Committee of St. Patrick's Day sports Association was held on Satuiday evening. There were presentMessrs B. J. Dolan (in the chair), F. Haughey, H. O'Leary, M. Kerins, E. G. Williams, E. O'Sullivan. B. Chapman, A. Haughey and W. A. Hogg. The balance-sheet for the portion of the year elapsed was submitted. It showed the receipts to have been £lB3 15s lOd. The principal items were: Gates £62 13a, entrance fees £6O 18s, privileges, £9 10s, books £6 12sl0d; grandstand £3 13s 6d. The expenditure was £241 10s9d; principal items: Prize money £125 7s 6d, secretary £2O, rent of park £lO 10s, printing and advertising £l9 10s 6d, trophies £9, luncheons £6 7s 6d. This left a debit balance of £42 19a 7d. There was a deficiency in connection with the privileges of £2l, and grandstand and gates of £lO. There was £3 mora paid out in prizes this year, ana another reason for the defioionoy wa3 that there was no concert this year. The concert last year realised £2O. The Chairman stated that, taking everything into consideration, the position was more satisfactory than was anticipated by the members. If all the subscriptions were paid, the liabilities could be met. The balance-sheet was adopted on the motion of Mr O'Sullivan, seconded by Mr Williams. The Secretary intimated that there haa been £65 on deposit for twelve months in the bank. It was decided to draw on that amount to meet outstanding liabilties. It was decided to engage the Town Hall for June 4th to hold a oonoerfc in aid of the funds of the Association- A Concert Committee consisting of the Allowing was appointed: Messrs M. C. O'Connell, B. J, Dolan, J. C. McKillop, W. A. Hogg, B. Chapman, F. Haughey, A. Haughey, and E. O'Sullivan.
