Mr Cuddy, Dairy Instructor, is reported by the Patea Press to have made the following statemeat:— "We made a great mistake in ever commencing the practice of giving farmers the returns as to the quality of their milk as revealed by the tester. The relianoe of the suppliers unon the returns Is a fallacy pure and simple. It is the quantity of milk that a cow yields that first of all determines her worth."
