One hundred thousand revolvers have been seized in Southern Russia since the bopinuiug of the year., A LIST OF VICTIMS. Received March 20, 7.34 a.m. STOCKHOLM, Marob 19. Swedish newspapers publish a list of the victims of the military in the Baltic provinces during the period from December to February. The list is as follows:—Hanged, 18; shot, 621; killed in armed encounters, 320; severely flogged, 251; total, 1,210 ' RUSSIAN EMIGRANTS BOUND FOR AMERICA. Reoeived March 20, 8.26 a.m. LONDON, Maroh 19. There has been a relaxation of the restrictions on Russian emigrants, who were previously detained at Copenhagen. Hundreds reach Denmark weekly. Many say they are bound for America. LIEUT. SCHMIDT AND THREE SAILORS SHOT. Reoeived Maroh 20, 9.8 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, March 20. Lieut. Schmidt and three sailors, who participated in the Sevastopol mutiny, have been shot.
