SPEECH BY MR KEIR-HARDIE. WHEN IHE FIGHT WILL BEGIN. Received Maroh 19, 8.51 a}m. LONDON, Maroh 18. Mr Keir-Hardie, speaking at Merfchyr, declared that up to the present; Labour had been tolerated. But the moment it was known that the Representation Committee meant to make an enoroachment on the privileges of monopoly the fight will begin in real earnest. THE NATIONALISTS. .] SPEECH BY MR REDMOND. Received March 19, 10.35 p.m. LONDON, Maroh 18. Mr 1 John Redmond, speaking at Manchester, declared that the Nationalists believed the English masses flesired to deal fairly with Ireland. Therefore they should give the Government adequate, but not indefinite, time to fulfil their promises. Personally, he was sanguine of the future, and foresaw a true union, bound only by the rights and privileges of liberties which every nation should enjoy. PAYMENT OP MEMBERS. NOT INCLUDED IN LABOUR PROGRAMME. Received March 19, 10.35 p.m. LONDON, March 19. Mr Keir Hardie states that the question of payment of members is not included in the Labour programme, though the Representation Committee will vote for the principle.
