"AS A PARMER NOT AS A MINISTER." Reoeivd March 14, 10.42 p.m. OTTAWA, March 14. In the Dominion House, the Opposition criticised Mr Fisher's speeoh, which was cabled on January '29 th. Mr Fisher said, in reply, ''l was misreported. I distinctly said as a farmer not as a Minister. I am rather glad England has decided not to gire us preference."
