THE FRUITS OF REBELLION. SEVERE FIN ES. Received Maroh 12, 11.4 p.m. CAPETOWN, March 12. The Rampur district, Gobizembe'a location, haß been divided between two chiefs. Gobizembe and his tribe have been fined twelve hundred cattle and three thousand and five hundred sheep. The chief Unskofeli delivered one hundred cattle, as the fine imposed by Colonel Mackenzie.
