NATAL.
THE POLL TAX. Received March 9, 8.45 a.m, CAPETOWN, March 8. Four hundred Natal natives informed a Magistrate that they were unable to pay tbe poll tax, but the sound 'of Oolouel Leuchar's guns caused a bundred and fifty to pay immediately.
