Camp-bell-Bannerman's jaunty and academic acquiescence in the principle of the payment of members, while declaring that there is neither time nor money to give practical effeot to the proposal. NAVY ESTIMATES. THE RADICALS' ATTITUDE. Reoeived Maroh 9, 8.32 a.m. LONDON, Maroh 8. During a disoussion in the House of Commons on the Naval Estimates the Radicals pressed for the abandonment of a naval base at Rosytb, on the plea of expenditure.
