AUCKLAND, March 5. The Premier, through the Governor, has been in communication with the Secretary of State and the High Commissioner for the Wester n Pacific, and has received assurance that the rights of His Majesty the King in Fanning i. Island and Washington Island are not danger in that a misconception has arisen owing to the wording of the advertisement notifying that the inlands were for sale.
