THE TROUBLE WITH IHE NATIVES.
Received February 27, 9.32 p.m CAPETOWN, February 27.
The chief Uumskofeli and four hundred headmen and a hundred mounted followers nave arrived at Colonel Maokenzies camp, at lxopo, to pay the tax. Six natives implicated in the disturbance *at Richmond have been captured in the New Leeds district. The Mapuraula district, between Stanger and Greytown, is the centre of> the disaffection.
