DYNAMITE DISCOVERED NEAR THE PEKIN PALACE.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES,
.Received February 27, 1.31 a.m PEKIN, February 26.
Owing to the discovery of two packages of dynamite near the Palace gate at Pekin, and the rumours of a threatened revolution, the guards around the forbidden city have boeu doubled. The city police have been armed with rifles, and high officials and residents are specially guarded. :
