AT VARIANCE WITH THE LABOUR PARTY.

The Government are at variance with the Labourites over the most vital point of the Trades Disputes Bill, namely, the trades summons Responsibility. Mr Keir Hardie (Leader of the Labour Party) declares that he will not accept any compromise.
