RUSSIA IN MANCHURIA.
EVACUATION STEADILY PRO-
CEEDING
Reoeived February 23, 11.26 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 23. It is expeoted that the Russians will evacuate Manchuria in June. Already four hundred thousatid troops have returned and it is intended to shortly run six military trains daily.
