KING LEOPOLD'S PROFITS. Received February 22, 8.20 a.m. BRUSSELS, February 21. M. Vandenveldfc, a Socialist member of the Belgian Chamber, scathingly attacked the Congo officials, accusing them of inhuman exploitations of natiees, and of resorting to slavery in order to obtain recruits. He declared that the Crown domain yielded a profit of two million eight hundred pounds to King Leopold.
